The three main services we offer are face to face consults, telephone consultation and in clinic treatment.
Consultations are operated on week days by arrangement with the clinic. Consults run for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, during which time a full history of the problem is gathered, a diagnosis is made, and therapy plan presented. .
It is important for the animal to attend the consultation, as well as any people directly involved in the animals care.
Fee for a consultation with Mark Vette at his Waimauku facility is $200 for up to 1.5 hours. Every half hour after this is charged at $50.
Phone consultations are operated so that clients with simple problems, or those who are unable to visit our facility, can be assisted. This is a person to person call with our consultant Mark Vette. As this is a one-on-one consultation, you will need to call and arrange a time suitable for the telephone conference. Telephone consultations cost $100 per half hour.
CLINIC TREATMENT
For more difficult and serious behaviour problems we offer in Clinic treatment. We have a state of the Art facility where we can hold dogs for up to 3 weeks. This allows us more time to apply one-on-one sophisticated treatment techniques to modify resistant and difficult behaviour problems.
Most of our work is through vet referral and we often work closely with the vets, making sure a complete treatment plan is enacted.
